1 Pound box of Manicotti Shells

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 Pound of Ground Beef

1 Pound of Hot Italian Sausage

1/2 Red Onion Chopped

1/2 Green Bell Pepper Chopped

7 Cloves of Fresh Garlic Chopped

1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic

1 Teaspoon of Granulated Onion

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Pack of Spaghetti Season Mix

1 Cup of Tomato Puree

1 Jar of Pasta Sauce (any kind will do)

1 – 15 - ounce carton Ricotta Cheese

1 – 6 - ounce Bag of Parmesan Cheese

1 Pack of fresh Mozzarella Cheese

1 - 6 or 8 - ounce Bag of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Preheat over to 350F degrees

In large skillet, brown ground beef and sausage, drain if too much oil, then add onions, bell peppers, fresh garlic cloves, the add granulated onion, granulated garlic, salt, tomato puree, spaghetti season and sugar. Mixing well to combine all ingredients.

In medium bowl mix ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese combine with meat mixture and set aside. Meanwhile boil water for pasta, add 1 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil to boiling water, add manicotti and cook for 7 minutes and drain, let cool before stuffing.

In 13x9 casserole dish coat bottom with pasta sauce. Using a piping bag fill manicotti and add to baking dish, then pour pasta sauce over manicotti and add parmesan cheese, bake at 350F degrees covered with foil for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 20 minutes until cheese is nice and bubbly. Enjoy!
