HOLIDAY CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF
INGREDIENTS
MEATLOAF
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Pack of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup of Ketchup
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup of Water
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 Cup of Breadcrumbs
4 Garlic Cloves Minced or Pressed
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Parsley
8 Ounce bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
GLAZE
1/2 Cup of Ketchup
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven at 350F degrees
Mix all the above ingredients for the Meatloaf together, except for half of the shredded Cheddar Cheese. Make sure all ingredients are combined completely. Part meat in the middle like in the video and add the rest of the cheese, then put in meatloaf pan and seal at the top to cover the cheese. Make glaze and spread on Meatloaf, then bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour. Then spread more glaze on the top. Enjoy!
