HOME FRIES & BEEF SMOKED SAUSAGE BREAKFAST SKILLET
INGREDIENTS
5 Idaho Potatoes Sliced
12 - ounce Pack of Beef Smoked Sausage
1 Small Onion – Red or Yellow
1/2 Stick of Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
Kosher Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Wash and slice Potatoes, slice Sausage and Onions. Heat Olive Oil & Butter in skillet, then add Potatoes, cook for about 5 minutes until potatoes start to get lightly brown, add sausage, onions, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, mixing well. Cook for 5 more minutes, then cover and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, remove cover, and cook until desired doneness about 3 more minutes. Enjoy!
