Sheet Pan Dinners are an effortless way to prepare a three or four course meal on the same pan in no time at all. What I love about sheet pan dinners is, you can get so creative, look at it this way, whatever you would prepare for dinner, meat, potatoes, a vegetable you can achieve by combining them on a sheet pan and baking the meal so it will be finished all at the same time, the key to doing this is prepping the meal before you are ready to cook it.

As you see in my video, I prepped the potatoes by slicing them in half and microwaving them for 5 minutes, and I seared the pork chops for about 3 minutes on each side, ensuring the potatoes and pork chops will be completely cooked during the baking time in the oven. The Brussel Sprouts were brought cut in half and frozen, I let them thaw for 15 minutes and they were ready to go at this point all I had to do was throw on the seasonings, onions and melted butter and the dinner was ready to go in the oven at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.

I knew if I did not sear the pork chops before baking them that they would not be done in 30 minutes and the same for the potatoes. So, whatever you decide to make for your sheet pan dinner, make sure that all components of your dinner will be done at the same time. The pork chops came out nice and tender and the potatoes were soft in the middle and nice and roasted on the outside, the Brussel sprouts were tender, and they absorbed all the butter and seasonings, I am telling you guys this recipe is delicious. 5 TO 6 Pork Loin Chops

25 Mini Klondike Red Potatoes

1 12oz bag of frozen Brussel Sprout Halves

1 Small Red Onion


Salt & Black Pepper to taste – Sprinkle on Pork Chops before Searing

1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

1Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

2 Tablespoons of Seasoning Salt

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon Paprika

2 Tablespoons of Butter to Sear Pork Chops

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil to pour over Potatoes

3 Tablespoons of melted Butter to pour over Sheet Pan Dinner.


Preheat oven at 350F degrees. Rinse Pork Chops and season with salt and pepper on each side, add two tablespoons of butter to skillet and Sear pork chops on each side for 2-3 minutes until lightly brown. Remove pork chops and set aside.

Meanwhile slice potatoes in half, rinse, place in a microwave container and sprinkle two tablespoons of Olive Oil over potatoes tossing lightly, cover and microwave for 5 minutes. On the sheet pan add Pork chops, Potatoes, and Brussel Sprouts which have be thawed on the sheet pan.

Mix onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt, black pepper and paprika together in a small bowl, sprinkle seasoning over sheet pan dinner, add red onions and drizzle melted butter over the entire sheet pan dinner. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
