8-12 Mushrooms for stuffing
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 8 oz brick of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of fresh Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Red Pepper
Preheat Oven to 350F Degrees
Rinse Mushrooms and wipe off with damp paper towel. Remove mushrooms stems and chop until minced, to skillet add 2 tablespoons of butter and add mushrooms and minced garlic sauté until soft, set aside.
In large bowl mix together cream cheese, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion powder, parsley, salt, and ground red pepper, blending well, then add the mushroom stems and garlic, mix until well combined. Stuff mushrooms and place on a grease baking sheet and bake for 15-20 until stuffing is lightly browned. Enjoy!
