THE BEST THREE BEAN CHILI
INGREDIENTS
2-3 Pounds Ground Beef
1-15oz can Red Chili Beans
1-15oz can White Chili Beans
1-15oz can Black Chili Beans
1-28oz Can of Crushed Tomatoes
1-29oz Can of Tomato Puree
1 Large Yellow Onion (finely chopped)
1 Large Green Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
1 Whole or Half of Jalapeno Pepper (chopped)
6 Cloves of Fresh Garlic (pressed of chopped)
1 Teaspoon of Celery Salt
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
3-4 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Packs of McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix
1 Tablespoon Better than Bouillon Beef Base & 2 Tablespoons Water
DIRECTIONS
Brown Ground Beef, add 1 tablespoon of better than bouillon beef base and 2 tablespoons of water mix well then add to ground beef. Next add Onions and Bell Peppers, stirring well, cook for three minutes then add Garlic cook for another minute then add 1 Teaspoon of Cumin and 1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder. Next add Crush Tomatoes and Tomato Puree, add 1 Pack of Chili Seasonings, then add all three cans of Beans then add the other pack of Chili Seasonings.
Next add the Chopped Jalapeno Pepper and 1 Teaspoon of Celery Salt and 3 Tablespoons of Sugar, reduce heat on medium low and simmer for 30 minutes, then add about 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt, if you want it a little hotter add some crushed red peppers or more Jalapeno, then cook for 15 more minutes.
