AMAZING POPCORN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

Popcorn

45 Marshmallows (large)

1 Stick of Butter

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Candy Sprinkles

Softened butter or popcorn oil to grease hands

Paper Cupcake cups to put popcorn balls in as in video (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Pop, Popcorn, check and remove any un-popped seeds and hulls.

In medium size heavy pot, add butter and marshmallows, stirring well over medium heat until all marshmallows are melted and forms a sauce, add vanilla extract and blend well, then remove from heat.

In large container or bowl, add popcorn and pour sauce over popcorn and mix until coated. Grease hands with oil or butter and grab popcorn and shape into balls, until all popcorn in shaped. Make sure sauce is cool enough to handle to prevent getting burnt. Sprinkle the candy sprinkles over popcorn balls and let cool. Enjoy!
