8-oz Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 Teaspoons (Kinder’s the Blend Seasoning)

DIRECTIONS
PREHEAT OVER 425F Degrees
PREPARE THE STEAK
In Medium Skillet add 1 Tablespoon Butter, cook steak over medium heat on all sides until desired doneness, remove from pan and cut into smaller pieces if needed. Set aside.
MAKE THE SAUCE
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add milk whisk to blend. Then add garlic and allow the sauce to simmer for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat off under the sauce and stir in the parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to cool for 5-10 minutes.
ADD TOPPINGS AND BAKE
Top the dough with sauce, cheese, and cooked steak, add veggies, and shredded cheese, and sprinkle with a little salt and drizzle Olive Oil over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Slice pizza and serve.
