APPLE HAND PIES
INGREDIENTS
3 Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 Pouch or Can Apple Pie Filling
2 Tablespoons melted Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Tube Vanilla Icing (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven 375F degrees
In large bowl, mix pie filling, melted butter, nutmeg and cinnamon until well combined. Unfold pie crust and cut into circles like in video, fill each circle with about a tablespoon of pie filling and fold over pinching dough to seal and press with fork to seal completely.
Beat egg with 1 tablespoon of water and brush on each hand pie, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Icing is optional. Enjoy!
