2 Pounds Ground Beef

1 pack of Taco Seasonings

1 28 oz can Enchilada Sauce

1 4 oz can of Green Chiles

1 can of Refried Beans

1 pack of 6 - inch Soft Flour Tortillas

2 - 8 oz packs of Cheddar Cheese (white & yellow Cheddar)

1/2 Red Onion Chopped

1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

Salt to taste

Black Pepper to Taste


Preheat oven to 375F Degrees

Brown Ground Beef and Drain, add Taco Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Green Chiles, 1 Cup of Refried Beans, 1 Cup of Enchilada Sauce,1 cup of Shredded Cheese, blending well until cheese is melted. In 13x9 casserole dish, add 1 cup of Enchilada Sauce and spread in bottom of dish.

Fill Tortilla Shells, with meat mixture and cheese, (about 2 tablespoons each) roll tightly and put seam side down in baking dish, this recipe will make about 12 Enchiladas, you may have to put the other ones in a smaller dish. Bake uncovered at 375F Degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
