BEEF SMOKED SAUSAGE HOAGIE WITH PEPPERS, ONIONS & TANGY MUSTARD SAUCE
12 oz package Beef Smoke Sausage
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Red Onion
2 Tablespoons Butter
SWEET TANGY MUSTARD SAUCE
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon of Hot sauce
To small skillet add 1 tablespoon of butter, onions, and peppers, sauté until the veggies are nice and soft. To another skillet add another tablespoon of butter, slice Sausage down the middle and add to skillet browning on both sides until nice and brown.
Add sausage to hoagie buns and add onions, peppers, and cheese, place in oven at 425F degrees for about 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and the buns are nice and hot. Meanwhile in small bowl mix, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce, drizzle over hoagies. Enjoy!
