Fried Chicken Wings must be an all-time favorite way of cooking wings, there are so many variations of frying chicken wings, some cooks when frying, use a batter, or a breading, or a flour mixture, or you can fry them without coating them at all, when I make fried chicken wings in a Butter Garlic Parmesan sauce I would prefer to fry them without coating them.

When you cook chicken wings without coating them, it is best to deep fry them so the skin on the chicken will be crisp and the chicken tender inside as if you coated them before frying them. Also, you can achieve almost the same texture of the deep-fried wings if you use an Air Fryer, the wings will still come out crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

But, if you prefer, you can use this same recipe and coat your wings first, but the way I did the wings in this video, they came out amazing. Not only do I prefer to cook them this way for the Butter Garlic Parmesan sauce but also for the Asian Zing sauce, and that sauce is a sweet, spicy, tangy sauce, which I will do in another video later. So, make you some of these wings’ guys, you’re going to love this recipe. The video and recipe are below. Enjoy!

2-3 Pounds of Fresh Chicken Wings (Sectioned)

2 Tablespoons of Season Salt

1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon of Paprika

1 1/2 Teaspoons of Black Pepper

Cooking Oil for Frying – (Fill per Deep Fryer Instructions)

1 Stick of Butter

5 Cloves of Fresh Garlic

3/4 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Teaspoons of Parsley Flakes (Dried or Fresh)

Preheat Oil in Deep Fryer to 365F Degrees

In large bowl, mix Season Salt, Garlic powder, Paprika, and Black Pepper together, Wash and section Chicken Wings, dredge in seasonings until well coated. Add Chicken to Fryer basket and lower basket slowly in oil, fry chicken until golden brown at least 15 minutes, drain on rack with paper towels under rack.

Prepare Butter Garlic Sauce. Chop Garlic Cloves until finely minced, add Butter to saucepan, when melted add Garlic, cook for about 2 minutes just until you smell the garlic cooking, add Parmesan Cheese and Parsley and let simmer about 3 minutes. Pour over Chicken Wings and toss until well coated. Enjoy!
