BUTTER GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS

Updated: Nov 30, 2022

Fried Chicken Wings must be an all-time favorite way of cooking wings, there are so many variations of frying chicken wings, some cooks when frying, use a batter, or a breading, or a flour mixture, or you can fry them without coating them at all, when I make fried chicken wings in a Butter Garlic Parmesan sauce I would prefer to fry them without coating them.

When you cook chicken wings without coating them, it is best to deep fry them so the skin on the chicken will be crisp and the chicken tender inside as if you coated them before frying them. Also, you can achieve almost the same texture of the deep-fried wings if you use an Air Fryer, the wings will still come out crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

But, if you prefer, you can use this same recipe and coat your wings first, but the way I did the wings in this video, they came out amazing. Not only do I prefer to cook them this way for the Butter Garlic Parmesan sauce but also for the Asian Zing sauce, and that sauce is a sweet, spicy, tangy sauce, which I will do in another video later. So, make you some of these wings’ guys, you’re going to love this recipe. The video and recipe are below. Enjoy!
