CHICKEN FRIED STEAK
INGREDIENTS
4 Cube Steaks
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Pack of Pioneer Country Style Gravy or your own choice of gravy
FLOUR DREDGE
2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Kosher Salt or Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper
WET DREDGE
1/2 Cup of Milk
3 Eggs
DIRECTIONS
Rinse Cube Steak, Season both sides with salt and pepper. In a medium container, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, in another container beat milk and eggs together. Dip steak in flour, then egg mixture, then back in flour. To skillet add, Olive oil, and Butter heat until hot on medium, add steak and cook on both sides until golden brown and desired donenes. Mix gravy packet per directions and spoon over steak. Enjoy!
