Corned Beef (from the deli or homemade)
Thousand Island Dressing
Marble Rye Bread
On one piece of marble rye spread thousand island dressing all over the slice of bread, add a slice of Swiss cheese, then add corned beef about 4 nice size pieces, then add sauerkraut then add more thousand islands dressing on top of the sauerkraut, then add another piece of Swiss cheese.
Add the other piece of marble rye bread, then spread the softened butter or the top of the bread, then put the butter side down on the grill and once you do that, butter the top of the bread, so when you flip it, both sides will be buttered, cook on each side until golden brown about 3-5 minutes on each side on medium heat. Enjoy!
