HOLIDAY STUFFING
INGREDIENTS
Corn Bread
12-ounce Pepperidge Farm Herb Bread cubes
1 large Onion Chopped
4 Stalks of Celery Chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic Minced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped
1 Egg beaten
2 sticks Butter
4 Cups of Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
1 Jar Turkey Gravy
Kosher Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Poultry Seasoning
Ground Sage
CORN BREAD
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Yellow Corn Meal
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Beaten Egg
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER BAKE AT 400F DEGREES FOR 20-25 MINUTES
DIRECTIONS
MAKE CORN BREAD
Then combine 1 stick of butter, Celery, onions, and garlic to saucepan and sauté’ until soft. In large bowl crumble corn bread in small pieces, then add bread cubes. Stir in celery, onions, and garlic mixture, then add the other stick of melted butter, chicken stock, egg, salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning combining well. Pour in Turkey gravy and mix well, put in casserole dish, and cover with foil and bake 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake 25 more minutes. Enjoy!
