Don’t you just love a nice chewy fudge brownie? I know I do, ever since I was young, I could not wait until my mom would go shopping, she knew that my brother, sister, and myself would be waiting with great anticipation to she what snacks she would return with. My mom knew that brownies was one of our favorites, so she would always bring back a box of Duncan Hines Brownie Mix.
The box brownies were easy to make, and they would cook up perfect every time. I played around with a few recipes trying to duplicate the taste of the box brownies and I must say that this recipe comes close. As you could see in the video, after they came out the oven, they had the same shiny crackly look on top that the box brownies have. And I must say that they were moist and chocolate tasting. When they cooled off, the edges were nice and crisp just like the box mix, so try this recipe for yourself and let me know what you think in the comments below. Enjoy!
