2 Pounds of Ground Beef
1/4 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
MARINARA SAUCE
1-29 ounce can of Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Pack of Spaghetti Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F Degrees
In Large Bowl mix, Ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, blending well, form mixture into meatballs and bake at 375F degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Make Marinara sauce, add tomato puree, onion powder, garlic powder, spaghetti seasoning, red pepper, water, sugar, and parmesan cheese. Bring to boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, add meatballs, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add meatballs to buns, add mozzarella cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
