
PAN SEARED GARLIC BUTTER & HERB SALMON
INGREDIENTS
4 Salmon Fillets
Salt (Season to Taste)
Pepper (Season to Taste)
Italian Seasoning (Season to Taste)
Old Bay Seasoning (Season to Taste)
4 Cloves of Garlic (Pressed or Minced)
Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Butter
Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
Season Salmon on both sides with Salt, Pepper, Italian seasoning, and Old Bay.
In frying pan melt 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil and 3 tablespoons of Butter
When hot add Salmon and cook for at least 5-7 minutes until golden brown, turn Salmon over.
Add 2 more tablespoons of Butter and add Garlic, Italian Seasoning, and Parsley. Just mix all herbs together, then spoon over Salmon, continue cooking until done at least 6 minutes. Remove from skillet. Drizzle Lemon Juice over Salmon. Enjoy!
