OVEN BAKED SHRIMP BOIL



INGREDIENTS


2 Pounds of Raw Shrimp (Peeled & Deveined)

1 Pound 8 oz Bag of Baby Red Potatoes

1 Pound and Half of Smoked Sausage

1 Bag of Frozen Corn Nibblets (Cut in Half)

2 Sticks Butter

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning

2 Tablespoons Campbells Flavor-Up (Herb & Garlic)

Lemon Juice

White Wine

Salt to taste


DIRECTIONS


Peel, Devein, and Rise Shrimp

Rinse and cut Potatoes in half, add to microwave dish with lid, add 1 tablespoon water, cover and microwave for 5 minutes. Slice Smoked Sausage.

In medium skillet add 1 Tablespoon of butter, add smoke sausage and brown on both sides for about 5 minutes.

Boil Corn for 10 minutes then drain and let cool, when cool cut corn in half.

In saucepan melt butter, add Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Old Bay and Flavor-up to melted butter, add salt to taste, simmer for 5 minutes. Pour Butter Sauce over Shrimp, Potatoes, and Corn.


TO ASSEMBLE FOIL PACKETS

Take 2 medium bowls the same size, add a sheet of foil to each bowl.

Add Potatoes, Smoke Sausage to each bowl. Add the same amount to each bowl. Then add corn about 3 pieces to each bowl, then add shrimp, count the same amount to each bowl.

Sprinkle Old Bay over each bowl, then drizzle about a tablespoon of White Wine over each bowl, sprinkle with Parsley, then add a pat of Butter over each bowl. Take the sides of the foil and fold over, making sure they are completely sealed. Bake in 400F degrees oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
