PORTERHOUSE STEAKS WITH HOMEMADE GARLIC BUTTER & STEAK SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
2 Porterhouse Steaks
STEAK SEASONING
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Season Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Steak & Burger Season
GARLIC BUTTER
1 Stick of Softened Butter
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Parsley
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
STEAK SAUCE
1/2 Cup of Barbeque Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the Steak Seasoning together and season both sides of the steak. Cover and Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Remove from fridge and let sit out to get room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Next make Garlic Butter, mix butter, parsley, garlic and salt, blend together until well combined.
Next make Steak Sauce, blend together barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, Dijon Mustard, and Red Wine Vinegar, blend together until well combined.
Preheat grill at 400 degrees
Grill for 6 minutes, spread some garlic butter on steak, flip over and butter the other side also and let go for 6 minutes, let steaks rest for about 5 minutes before serving, serve with steak sauce. Enjoy!
