CHEDDAR BAY BISCUITS RED LOBSTER COPYCAT RECIPE



INGREDIENTS

2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour

1 1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese

1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Stick Butter (frozen)

1 Cup of Buttermilk

1 Egg

1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley


DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together, mix, flour baking powder, salt, garlic powder and cheese. Next, using a box grater or hand grater, grate all the butter except 2 tablespoons and blend in the flour mixture. Next, beat egg and blend with buttermilk, mixing until combined.


Pour milk in a little at a time and blend with the dry ingredients until a dough forms (don’t over mix the dough). Drop by tablespoons on a greased sheet pan and bake for 10-12 minutes at 425F degrees until golden brown. Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and a tablespoon of parsley together and brush on biscuits when they come out the oven. Enjoy!
