ROASTED BABY POTATOES

Updated: Nov 29, 2022

When it comes to selecting a potato side dish to fix for dinner, this recipe must be one of my favorites. Of, course I love Mash Potatoes, French Fries, Baked Potatoes, and even Scalloped Potatoes, but these little Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes, I could probably eat them everyday as a sidekick with any meat entrée, they are just that good.

The recipe is simple to make and only takes a few ingredients to turn out an amazing dish. The Potatoes cook up so nice and tender and creamy on the inside crisp on the outside, you can serve this dish as a side to any Meat or Fish entrée. When I did this video, my family loved them so much that I had to make them again two days later, I mean to tell you that they devoured them.

The Rosemary paired with the Thyme and Garlic, drizzled with Butter, oh my! All I can say guys is make this recipe for yourself, I know that you will feel the same way as I do about these little Roasted Baby Potatoes. Enjoy!
