This Spinach Parmesan Dip is a copycat recipe from Knorr’s, but I put my own twist to it by adding Ground Red Pepper and Parmesan Cheese to the recipe. Doing this allowed the original Spinach Dip that Knorr’s created to be served as a cold dip, it can now be served as a hot dip also. Adding the Parmesan Cheese is a great addition to this recipe, by doing this you can now serve the dip hot. When you heat this dip, the parmesan Cheese melts and makes the dip creamy and it just melts in your mouth.

I love this recipe hot or cold, it all depends on what I have a taste for, but if your serving a crowd, then I recommend serving it cold, that way you can enjoy your guest without having to keep reheating it. So, for your next gathering give this recipe a try, you’ll be glad you did it is a crowd pleaser. The recipe for this dip is already posted on this site, but I only did an illustration of the recipe, so I decided to do a video of this recipe, you can view it below.

1- 10oz Package of frozen chopped Spinach (thawed)

1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped)

1-16oz container of Sour Cream

1 cup Mayo

1 package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup & Dip mix (recipe classics)

1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Red Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 Bread Bowl for Serving. (optional)

In medium bowl, add spinach (make sure you squeeze the water out of the spinach). Then add green onions, sour cream, and mayo.

Mix well, then add the vegetable soup & dip mix, add the ground red pepper, and garlic powder last, add the parmesan cheese. Mix all ingredients together to blend well and chill for at least 2 hours. ENJOY! YOU CAN ALSO SERVE THIS AS A HOT DIP!
