ST PATRICK’S DAY CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 Box of White Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup of Butter
1 Cup of Water
1 Teaspoon of Green Food Coloring
FROSTING
2 Bricks of Cream Cheese
2 Sticks of Butter
4 Cups of Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven 350F Degrees
In large bowl blend cake mix, eggs, oil, butter, water, and food coloring, blend as directed until all ingredients are combined. Grease 2-8 - inch cake pans and pour in batter, bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Insert toothpick in center of cake, it should come out clean, let cake cool for 10 minutes then cool on wire racks until completely cool before frosting.
Make frosting, cream butter and cream cheese together until smooth, add sugar a little at a time and cream together with cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla extract and lime juice and blend until combined, decorate cake as desired, Enjoy!
