SUPREME PIZZA EGG ROLLS
INGREDIENTS\
1 Pack Egg Roll Wrappers
Vegetable Oil for frying egg rolls
1 Roll Bob Evans Italian Breakfast Sausage
1 - 5 Ounce Pack Slice Pepperoni
1 – 8 Ounce bag of Mozzarella Cheese
1 Jar of Prego Italian Sauce – or you Favorite
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/4 Onion Chopped
1/4 Green Bell Pepper Chopped
3 Mushrooms Chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
DIRECTIONS
Add two tablespoons of Olive Oil to skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, cook for 1 minute, add sausage and cook until brown, then add, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined, let mixture cool for about 10 minutes. In large bowl add, sausage mixture, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, mixing well until combined.
Take an egg roll wrapper and add 2 tablespoons of mixture, shaping mixture into a log, then roll eggroll as shown in video sealing with a beaten egg. When all eggrolls are complete, heat oil to 350F Degrees, fry egg rolls until golden brown only about a minute on each side, remove and drain on rack or paper towels. Enjoy!
