2-4 Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Seasoning Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 1/2 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs + 2 Tablespoons Water
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
Vegetable Oil for frying
Put chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap, using a mallet or rolling pin, pound chicken breast flat, removing the lump in the middle of the breast.
Season Chicken Breast on both sides
Set up breading station, with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs
Dip in Flour, then in egg, last put in breadcrumbs, making sure the chicken is completely covered in breadcrumbs.
Heat Oil in frying pan to about 350F and fry chicken until golden brown about 5-6 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
