VANILLA CHOCOLATE SWIRL ICE CREAM
1-14oz Can Sweetened Condense Milk
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup of Half & Half
1/4 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
In Medium size bowl add, the condense milk, half & half, salt and vanilla extract. Using hand mixer blend together until completely combined.
In another bowl, pour in the 2 cups of heavy cream and using the hand mixer, beat heavy cream until it stiffens and forms peaks, this process takes about 7 – 8 minutes.
Then pour milk mixture into heavy cream and fold in, then beat lightly until combined. Transfer ice cream to an airtight container and pour Hershey’s chocolate syrup on ice cream and swirl in like in the video, freeze for at least 5-6 hours. Enjoy!
