CHINESE TAKE-OUT STYLE BEEF STIR FRY



INGREDIENTS

2-3 Steaks Sirloin, Flank, Skirt (Thinly Sliced)

Soy sauce

1 Teaspoon Oyster Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

1/4 Cup of Beef Broth

1/4 Cup of Corn Starch

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger (grated)

7 Cloves of Garlic (minced)

1/2 Red Bell Pepper

1/2 Green Bell Pepper

1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper

1/2 Red Onion

8-ounce pack Mushrooms

3 Green Onions Sliced

Vegetable Oil for stir frying

2 Tablespoons of Butter


DIRECTIONS

Slice Steak in thin strips, in medium bowl, mix Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Corn Starch, blending well, pour half mixture over meat, mix well, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.


Heat wok, add 1 tablespoon of oil, cook meat in batches if you have a lot, remove meat set aside. Add another Teaspoon of Oil to Wok, add all vegetables, then add butter, and stir fry until desired tenderness, return meat to wok with the vegetable and blend well. To the left-over marinade, add 2 more teaspoons of Soy Sauce, 1 Teaspoon of Corn Starch, Sugar and Beef Broth, pour over meat and veggies, stir fry for about 2-3 minutes, if you want your sauce a little thinner, add some water until your desired thickness. Enjoy!
