SPICY FRIED SPARERIBS
INGREDIENTS
1 Sparerib
Vegetable Oil for frying
FLOUR DREDGE
2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons of Onion Powder
2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoons of Creole Seasoning
2 Teaspoons of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoons of Cumin
2 Teaspoons of Paprika
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, creole seasoning, salt, black pepper, cumin and paprika, mix until well combined.
Coat ribs on all sides with flour dredge and set aside for about 10 minutes, then coat ribs again in flour dredge. Preheat Oil to about 365 Degrees, until a pinch of flour sizzles when dropped in the oil.
Lower ribs in hot oil, do not crowd pot or skillet. Fry ribs until golden brown and they began to float in the oil, this usually takes 15-20 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, Enjoy!
